A friendly craft workshop creating items inspired by the Victorian period. Discover the background to Valentine's day and how it was celebrated in the nineteenth century, when cards became very popular. See some examples of cards and imagery from the Victorian period and have fun using a variety of resources and techniques to create your very own personalised Victorian style card, decorative item and gift box. Organised by the WEA and presented by Kathy Holland
The event starts at 10.30am and runs until 3.30pm with a 30 minute break for lunch.
