British Red Cross Bedfordshire OPEN GARDENS, BIDDENHAM, BEDFORDSHIRE
This collection of village country gardens vary in size and interest. These gardens offer several orchards with apple, pear and plum trees, flowing lawns, rose gardens, shrubs, herbaceous borders, vegetable patches and a pond and rockery. Two of these beautiful gardens are arts and crafts gardens, one designed by CE Hallows and the other by Baille Scott House. One garden houses many New Zealand plants. To offer a variety, 17 Biddenham Turn is listed as special interest by English Heritage and is not wheelchair accessible. Directions: These gardens are sited on the Main Road in Biddenham or just off the main road.
Open 1.30pm – 5.00pm Price £5.00 per adult, children under 12 free.
