It’s Always Tea Time
What happens when a hatter, a dormouse and a march hare, take tea together? The answer is, of course, one of the most famous pieces of writing in children's literature. Now in 2018, The Story Museum in Oxford will be bringing this much loved scene from Lewis Carroll's Alice's Adventures In Wonderland to life with an exciting and critically acclaimed exhibition entitled ‘It's Always Tea Time'.
2015 was an important year for Alice, marking 150 years since the landmark children's book was first published. However, Lewis Carroll fans weren't the only ones celebrating in 2015. Estonian artist Viive Noor was busy hatching plans to celebrate her 50th birthday alongside Alice's 150th with a very special exhibition. Working in association with the Estonian Publishers Association and the Estonian Children's Literature Centre, Noor invited 72 artists from 19 different countries including Iran, Russia, Spain, Hungary and the Baltic State
