Prayers for World Peace is a free meditation class that gives us the opportunity to develop a warm and loving heart. Classes include 2 guided meditations a talk and inspiring prayers for world peace.
Each week's class will cover a small section from the book New Eight Steps to Happiness. Topics include: how to see kindness and good qualities in others, reflecting on the many benefits of love, and how to cultivate positive views and intentions.
