Going Feral - Wild Play Day

Join us in a secret location nr Bristol to be creative & play in response to the beautiful woodlands, using improvisation, play & deep nature connection techniques. Think of a beautiful combo of outdoor fooling, forest school style play for adults, forest bathing & inner rewilding: creating & choosing what you feel like doing.
In the morning we’ll work with movement & voice to engage with the landscape. We’ll stretch, run, climb, whoop & holler together. We’ll be still and reflect. In the afternoon, we’ll take inspiration from the fire, cooking lunch then warming our ideas, hearts and hands around the flames. We might sing and tell stories round the fire and there will of course be cake!
You don’t need to know how to dance, act or sing, or what plants are called. You need curiosity, some good waterproofs & a sense of adventure.
Led by Dr Mel McCree, creative outdoor facilitator, ecological artist, academic scholar and practitioner of outdoor play & forest school. melmccree.com
