Chair Yoga Classes are held on a weekly basis throughout the year specifically designed for the needs of older people . Incorporating simple, gentle ‘Chair Yoga’ exercises, breathing and relaxation techniques.

£5 per session. Classes are charged monthly in advance though you are welcome to try a 'taster' class.
