Meditation Talk: Meditation Challenge

Training in basic mindfulness is a tool for managing our emotions and controlling our thoughts and feelings. During this course we will learn about mindfulness, concentration, attention, and alertness. Through improving these aspects of mind, you will come to experience increased happiness and peace of mind.

Two one-hour sessions of guided meditations and practical advice.
Everybody is welcome to attend this course, regardless of experience. This course will consist of practical teachings and short guided meditations that will give rise to a peaceful feeling in the mind and improve your ability to live a peaceful life.
This course is taught by the Resident Teacher Gen Kelsang Nyingpo. She has a wealth of experience having been ordained as a Buddhist nun for over 25 years and taught for many years internationally. Her teachings are warm and inspiring and she understands the challenges people face in their lives, offering practical advice and solutions for the modern world.
