Learn to Photograph People with Natural Light
Learn the skills to take beautiful portraits, both candid and posed, with professional portrait photographer Louise. This workshop is ideal for anyone wanting to photograph their children, family, friends or pets. You'll learn the technical skills but equally importantly, we'll look at how to pose your subjects, how to get the most out of locations and provide tips to help people to relax in front of the camera to get those natural shots. We look at the importance of light, we'll use reflectors and fill in flash to make the most of the natural light and also learn how to use locations to their best advantage to prove that you don't need a fabulous location to get beautiful portraits!
There are both theory and practical sessions on this workshop, and supporting notes and handouts are provided to assist your learning.
This workshop runs from 10 am until 4pm, there is free parking and tea, coffee and biscuits are provided throughout the day.
