Chicken on a Knife Edge - Blunt Blades Workshop
Cook along with Get Cooking tutor Anne Marie to create a yummy Chinese chicken recipe and meal for all the family to enjoy. Cut a chicken into eight pieces using your own knives and learn how to make a tasty marinade to get it ready to roast in the oven. While it’s cooking, put together a simple salad for a healthy side dish.
Artist Arabel Lebrusan will also be joining us to talk about the ideas and stories behind the Blunt Blades display from the comfort of your own kitchen. Bring your best knives to the workshop and tell us all about them.
