Tour of the Worthys
The Hampshire Tour Series was set up back in 2014 by members of Odiham Cycling Club & 1st Gear Cycles bike shop in Alton. Previously known to locals as the Tour of the Candovers, Hampshire Tour Series started with its flagship fundraiser sportive in Odiham & since then has grown year after year, eventually expanding in 2018 to include the Tour of the Worthys & Tour of the Meons events, based from Alresford.
The Tour of the Worthys makes a welcome return to the Hampshire Tour Series, taking in more of the Hampshire hills and scenic country lanes, the Worthy’s route starts at Perins School in Alresford and tours the surrounding areas of Kings Worthy and Martyr Worthy.
With a choice of 30 and 50 mile routes available, The Tour of the Worthys will be sure to challenge even the toughest of cyclists with its rolling hills, with the same friendly and social atmosphere you’ll always get from the Hamshire Tour Series team.
