Named for the ffennell family who founded Hill End as an outdoor school with the first children visiting from central Oxford 100 years ago, an outdoor family day on the beautiful Hill End site with activities, exploration, displays, films, music, food and fresh air

Activities : kOrky Paul story telling workshops and book sales - circus skills - climbing wall - bushcraft - sun photography - pond dipping - down hill racers - willow weaving - tracks and trails walk - top of the hill walk - visit the WW1 practice trenches - visit a Hill End dormitory - sailing display - Hill End films and history display - decorate a wooden spoon and tote bag - make a model aircraft - and more

Live music groups : Rock Choir - The Long Harvest - Spellwood and Eynsham Morris

Order your food from the barbecue in advance with your booking - include any allergies and dietary needs in your order information - but bring a picnic if you wish. Also available: hot and cold drinks - cakes - ice cream van! (cash or card).

Some contributing groups may also be inviting donations - cash would be useful!
