Welwyn Hatfield u3a are holding an Open Day on Wednesday 4th October, doors open 9.45 am, event closes at 12.00 noon. If you are no longer in full-time employment or raising a family, why not come along and see what we do. u3a gives you the chance to develop your interests, learn new skills, make new friends and enjoy yourself. Learn, Laugh, Live.
There will be exhibitions of work produced by our Art Groups, our Ukulele Group 'Welhat Ukes' will be performing, and there will be performances from various other groups, as well as displays so you can get a feel for what is on offer. Free entry, free refreshments.

We hold meetings with a speaker and free coffee every Wednesday morning during term-time, alternating between Breaks Manor, Hatfield and Ludwick Family Centre, Hall Grove, Welwyn Garden City, AL7 4PH. These are free to attend for an annual membership of £20. In addition, there are over 50 Study Groups, ranging from Architecture to Walking, as well as several Groups offering the chance to meet up and chat over lunch or tea and cake!
