Cumnor Village Gardens - Open Garden for NGS
These 6 gardens show the wonderful variety of village green space with many different plants, shrubs, trees, vegetables, fruit and wild flowers. Two of the gardens are cottage style with unusual perennials and many shrubs, trees and vegetables. Another has a Japanese influence exhibiting many plants with black or bronze foliage and gravel areas. There are 2 courtyard gardens, one with extremes of light and shade that reflects the conditions the other cleverly packs in roses, perennials and vegetables. The largest has many rooms to explore and delight the imagination and harp music may be played.
