Breathwork & Sound Healing
Join us for a beautiful evening of healing and connection. Get ready to release the stress of the week, tune into yourself and find deep relaxation in amongst the chaos of modern life.
We will begin the evening with an opening circle, followed by guided breathwork to music and transitioning to a healing sound bath for the finale.
The gathering will be facilitated by Teresa Kristara and Philippa Wilkin and will take place in the peaceful and serene Quaker Hall on Butt Lane, Maldon.
The session is offered on a donation basis - recommended minimum £5 to cover costs. The last few sessions have averaged a £10-12 donation, so feel free to contribute what your heart desires in exchange for this 2.5 hour experience.
During the breathwork and sound healing you will be lying down on the floor. Please bring something comfortable to lay on e.g. a yoga mat or something more substantial, and a blanket, pillow etc to ensure you are comfortable.
Free herbal tea will be available at the end of the session.
Spaces are limited to 20 people - Booking required.
