This gentle, reflective session invites you to observe your surroundings with fresh eyes and express your experience through creative writing. Guided by an experienced volunteer, you’ll explore simple techniques to spark inspiration from the sights, sounds, and sensations of nature. No prior writing experience needed — just an open mind, a love for the outdoors, and a willingness to notice the beauty in the small things. Perfect for anyone looking to connect more deeply with both nature and their inner voice.
Please bring a notepad and pen if you have one spare. We will meet in the café at Idle Valley between 12-12:10 for a prompt start at 12:15. The session will be outside, so please wear warm clothing. Any problems, please ask any member of staff for Harri. Looking forward to meeting you all and enjoying a relaxing session in nature together.
