Invasive Non-Native Species Workshop

A joint event between Nottinghamshire Wildlife Trust and Nottinghamshire Biodiversity Action Group. Join us and a range of guest speakers for National INNS Week exploring which INNS we need to be aware of across the county, why they are damaging and what you can do to help.

About the event
Invasive Non-Native Species cause roughly £2 billion in damage each year in the UK. They cause biodiversity loss, impact recreation and have health implications. In Nottinghamshire, work is being done by a range of organisations to monitor, control and prevent further spread of INNS. In this workshop we have invited guest speakers from a range of organisations to talk about their work managing INNS, why they are damaging and what you can do to help.
