Did you know that the average person will fall in love seven times throughout their lifetime Love is a fundamental part of the human experience and plays a crucial role in our mental and emotional well-being. However, while falling in love is easy, maintaining a long-lasting, healthy relationship is often much more challenging.
In this talk, we will delve into the psychology of love and explore the reasons why we need it. We will discuss the biological and psychological factors that underpin romantic attraction and what drives us to seek out and form relationships. We will also explore the purpose of love and the role it plays in our lives, including its impact on our mental health, self-esteem and happiness.
Finally, we will explore strategies for making love last in a relationship over the long-term.
