Black & White Film Photography for Beginners is perfect for anyone who wants to learn how to use a film camera and is interested in developing their own prints. The class will teach the functions of a film camera, how to improve photographic compositions, the printing process, and producing prints in the Brewery Arts Dark Room.
This is a practical course so participants will spend time in the Dark Room developing film and printing from negatives. The class will cover how to use an analogue film camera, how to develop black and white film, and how to print contact sheets, test strips and final prints in the Dark Room.
Black & White Film Photography is suitable for beginners and those seeking a refresher course to regain skills in traditional black and white photography. The number of places is limited so the tutor can provide individual attention within the small group.
