Meditate with horses
A delightful and enchanting experience that promises to minify stress and anxiety.
After greeting the horses and grooming in a beautiful location, I talk you through a series of relaxation processes (with games for children) that bring you into a meditative state. We then work with what I teach around the horses and watch them significantly relax and go gooey. We then fold into a deep and loving connection with them.
Children will have time to interact with horses and experience their therapeutic energy, in addition to exploring breathing exercises as they practice meditation
