Carers Event Caring in the Community
Join the Carers Staff Network of University Hospitals of Derby and Burton NHS Foundation Trust as we host an event to celebrate Carers Week 2023 at the Hilton Hotel at St George's Park.
This is an exciting opportunity for Carers and the person(s) they care for to get out, meet others and access valuable information and support.
Join us for:
* Free tea and coffee
* Information stands for local and national organisations and charities, including
Derbyshire and Staffordshire Carer Associations, Alzheimer's Society, Christians Against Poverty,
Yess Charity, Me and Dee, Treetops Hospice, CHS Healthcare, ABG Solicitors, to name a few.
* Networking with other carers
* A raffle to raise money for future Carers Staff Network events
* A professional harpist playing for quests
* Nature Trails taking in the beautiful grounds in the heart of the National Forest

This event will take place on Friday 9th June 2023, 9.30 am - 4.30pm. It is FREE to attend, and open to all. There is free parking and St George's Park is an accessible venue.
