This weekend course provides the perfect opportunity to take some time out and rejuvenate in the peaceful and inspiring surroundings of Kilnwick Percy Hall.
On the course, Gen Kelsang Norden will explain simple techniques for uplifting and energising our mind. We will learn how to discover our own potential for lasting peace and happiness through meditation and the development of inner wisdom.
