Branch Meeting - Sunday 12 May 2024
This is the scheduled date for the bi-monthly meeting of the Grenadier Guards Association - Kent Branch. The meeting will commence at 1115 hrs and is usually complete by midday.
In addition to physical attendance, the Hon. Secretary may organise a Microsoft Teams meeting for existing members who would like to attend it.
Existing members are requested to notify the Hon. Secretary if they cannot attend, either physically, or via Microsoft Teams.
An after-meeting Sunday luncheon and raffle will also be organised, but diners must have pre-booked. The venue for the luncheon is the Masonic Lodge, Windmill Street, Hythe, Kent CT21 6BH. Profits from the raffle will be donated to charity.
We know that there are many Grenadiers, and veterans of the other Regiments that form the Household Division, living or working in the Kent area, but who have yet to become involved with Association activities. Whether you are still serving, or have been discharged from the Colours, we welcome you making contact with us with a view to joining the Kent Branch.
Attending our meetings and events is a great way to learn more about the Association, rekindle friendships from your service, meet other members, and most importantly – have fun!
