Green Island - Open Garden for NGS

A garden for all seasons, highlights inc bluebells, azaleas, autumn colour, winter Hamamelis and snowdrops. A plantsman's paradise. Carved within 20 acre mature woodland are huge island beds, Japanese garden, terrace, gravel, seaside and water gardens, all packed with rare and unusual plants.

For NGS: Sun 28 Jan, Sun 28 Apr, Sun 13 Oct (11-4). Admission £9, Children £2.50. Light refreshments. Light lunches, cream teas, cakes, ice creams all available in the tearoom. Picnics welcome in the car park area only. 2025: Sun 2 Feb. Times:11:00 to 16:00.
