Mothecombe House - Open Garden for NGS
Queen Anne House (not open) with Lutyens additions and terraces set in private estate hamlet. Walled gardens, orchard with spring bulbs and magnolias, camellia walk leading through bluebell woods to streams and pond. Mothecombe Garden is managed for wildlife and pollinators. Bee garden with 250 lavenders in 16 varieties. New project to manage adjacent 6 acre meadow as a traditional wildflower pasture.
