Marlborough Cottage - Open Garden for NGS
Victorian gardener's cottage close to the centre of Georgian Buxton. A fifth of an acre organic garden, reclaimed in the last six years. It is 1100ft above sea level, surrounded by mature trees and a tranquil haven for wildlife. It has front and rear borders, herbs and a variety of containers and ornaments. It has a small wildlife pond, wildflowers, vegetable beds, soft fruit and a greenhouse.
