Tower Close - Open Garden for NGS
Striking views of the Malvern Hills from this 3 acre Cotswold garden positioned at the top of the charming village of Snowshill. Featured in Country Life, the C17 Grade II listed house is surrounded by terraces of garden rooms. Herbaceous borders, espaliered fruit trees and sunken vegetable garden. Plants tumble down the terraces to a romantic stream, ponds, garden features, orchard and meadow. Please note, this is a very steep garden, full of many terraces and steps. There is also a steep ascent up to the garden from the main Snowshill car park, therefore a good level of fitness is required, and extreme caution must be taken, especially in the wet. This garden is not suitable for wheelchairs or anyone who is infirm or unsteady on their feet.
