Join course leader, Chrissy, as you learn some new and exciting ways to eat meat alternatives with these plant-based and vegetarian cookery sessions.
Make a range of vegetarian and vegan tapas dishes, including: Roasted Sweet potato and onions with Romesco sauce; vegetarian empanadas; tomato tostada; vegan mayo.
