St Leonard's Hospice Wolds Walk

Walk the Yorkshire Wolds and make a difference for the Hospice!

Join us for a memorable day exploring the heart of the wonderful Yorkshire Wolds, a hidden gem of rolling hills and tranquil dales. Now in its fourth year, this popular event welcomes over 200 walkers annually, offering the chance to experience the beauty of one of Yorkshire’s best-kept secrets. Be part of the Wolds Walk and make every step count for our patients and families.

Every step you take will help St Leonard's Hospice ensures no one in your community faces end of life alone.

Choose between two routes, 12 and 18 miles, both starting in the East Yorkshire village of Warter. The trails climb into Lavender Dale, where they split: the longer route heads towards Huggate, while the shorter trail touches Well Dale. Both routes come together again to pass through Millington Dale and a section of the renowned Yorkshire Wolds Way.
