Wild Goose Qigong (Dayan Qigong) Sylvan Grove ALTRINCHAM WA14 4NU
Wild Goose Qigong, also known as Dayan Qigong, or Dayan Yang Sheng Gong, is a system of exercises, mimicking the graceful movements of a wild goose. The movements stimulate the flow of qi through energy channels in the body, the meridians of Traditional Chinese Medicine. This smooths blood circulation, supports the internal organs, promotes balance, gently stretches the joints and muscles, and calms the mind and emotions. The movements are pleasant to perform, and can be adapted to your ability.

I have been practising Wild Goose qigong for 19 years. I learned from Dr Bingkun Hu, who visited from California for many years, and more recently have been to China twice for extensive classes with the Grandmaster of the form.

It's not a drop in class, but come along to see or try it out free.
The classes are currently 7.15 to 8.15 for beginners and learners, then 8.15 to 9.00 for more advanced students. The cost for all students in £6
