Many of us can find ourselves getting swept up in the daily rituals of modern busy life, or unnerved when having to deal with uncertainty and an ‘unknown’ future. We can easily go into overwhelm, fear, experience loneliness, lose our way or sense of purpose.
In this creative ‘journaling’ writing workshop, storyteller Natalie Cooper will help guide you to reset and write your future narrative, filled with realistic goals, hopes and optimistic dreams.
