Theatre Royal Brighton Open Day

Heritage Open Day: Come through the Stage Door on to the stage where thousands of stars have trod the boards since 1807! Backstage tours, technical demonstrations, family arts and crafts, dressing up - step behind the curtain and discover a theatrical treasure. Step through the Stage Door and into the backstage world of one of the oldest working theatres in the country. Peek into the dressing rooms, check out the Fly Floor and visit under the stage as you explore this beautiful Grade II* listed theatre with over 200 years of stories to tell. Families can try out making and doing activities led by our fabulous associate artists; grown ups can enjoy tours, talks and a chance to chat to the team about the history of the theatre as well as the shows coming up in our new season.
