The Rusty House
Heritage Open Day: A chance to visit the 'Rusty House' as featured on Channel 4's Grand Designs. This award-winning 2015 house next to the River Ouse was designed by Sandy Rendel. It has a skin of Corten steel, which with its warm, naturally reddish-brown colour, references the town’s industrial past.
