Herb and Spice Medicine Workshop

Expert herbalist, Ali English will lead a Herb and Spice Medicine Workshop at the King's Head Inn, Theddlethorpe. She will be demonstrating traditional medicinal herbal preparations for you to try.
Ali is the author of the popular Wild Medicine books, and runs the Havelock Holistic clinic in Grimsby.
A popular event so must be booked in advance as places are limited.
