Sat 11th April 2026 Martlesham Heath Av Soc, Special Film Afternoon

Martlesham Heath Aviation Society stages a SPECIAL FILM SHOW at 2:30pm - Saturday 11th April 2026 at the Martlesham Heath Community Centre, Felixstowe Road, Martlesham IP12 4PB.
There is plenty of Free Parking. The documentary films being shown have been little seen around East Anglia - so come and enjoy:

1)“Cold War East Anglia – The Front Line” professionally produced for the Wattisham Airfield Museum – giving an insight into the mysterious and widespread infrastructure above and below ground put in place to monitor the West’s response in East Anglia during the Cold War period.

2)Renowned TV and Film maker, Tim Curtis, brings us the compelling story of the “Spitfires of the Sea” (Heavily armed High Speed boats) operating out of Felixstowe during World War 2... to counter German E_Boats and rescue people
We are expecting a FULL HOUSE so tickets are required. Admission £6 for Society members, £8 for non-members. Available from Howard on 01473 274300 (Ansaphone available) or publicity@mhas.org.uk
There MAY be returns or some spares at the door on the day! Having said that – don’t delay in asking for tickets.
