The Seven Swans is a musical storytelling performance that was commissioned by The Royal Opera House (2024). A mystical journey inspired by the themes of Seven Ravens and Snow White, infused with the ethereal beauty of Swan Lake melodies arranged by us. This story, crafted by Pomme, transports listeners to a world of magic and wonder. Meet the nettle witch, seven swans, and the bold heroine who sets them free, all accompanied by the soulful strains of Tchaikovsky’s Swan Lake themes as well as Eastern European and Balkan music.
The music for our performances is arranged and composed by Gundula Stojanova Gruen, and it is brought to life by the Magic Violin Trio. Storytelling is in the voice of Pomme, an enchanting storyteller and writer of 16 books, who performs all over the UK and beyond.
