If you have ever wondered 'are there any community choirs near me?' then the answer is firmly yes!
The Newark Rock Choir is led by vocal coach Robyn Licata. A local community choir first and foremost, we are also part of the national Rock Choir network, which provides unrivalled opportunities to sing live. Members of Rock Choir have had the chance to meet and sing in front of many celebrities and public figures, including Jude Law, Sir Trevor McDonald and Downton Abbey writer Julian Fellows at the UK's top venues including Wembley Stadium!
Joining a choir can be a brave step to take for some and in light of this Robyn tries to make it as easy as possible for you by giving the opportunity to have a FREE taster session and then to have a chat with him about singing. Rock Choir is the leading group in community singing. We launched our FREE choir taster sessions back in 2005 and have 20 years experience giving members of the public who are new to community singing the chance to try joining a choir without the need to audition or read music.

Rock Choir is a winner of the Red Ribbon 'Big Heart' Award. and holds 1 former and 2 current Guinness World Records. The choir is also credited with single handedly starting the contemporary choir movement.
