FREE taster session with the Shrewsbury Rock Choir

If you are pondering whether there is a 'pop or gospel choir near me' then you may be interested in the local Rock Choir.

The Shrewsbury Rock Choir is led by vocal coach Rowan Richards. Rock Choir is unequalled in the opportunities we can offer our members - from performing at top music and arts venues like the Royal Albert Hall and Guilfest to raising money for some of the UKs best-loved charities such as Comic Relief,Sign2Sing and Missing People. Appearing on national television and singing with celebrities like Deborah Stevens has been exciting and exhilarating, but Rock Choir members still know the importance of supporting our local community causes and events!

Every week local people like you attend group rehearsals and learn pop, rock, Motown songs in 3 part harmony. Like the sound of that? You can book a FREE taster session for yourself (and a maybe a friend!) to experience the easy going atmosphere and expert vocal tuition. Go to https://www.rockchoir.com/join to book you own FREE singing session to get a taste of singing in the choir.

Here is a quote about our choir - 'Rock Choir has helped me through really bad times in my life. Singing together lifts my spirits and helps me forget all my worries. I have made really good friends and it has certainly raised my confidence!! A year ago would never have attempted a solo but now enjoy the challenge. Rock Choir is really good fun and I do love singing anyway.' - Pauline (Rock Choir Member)

Rock Choir is a winner of the Red Ribbon 'Big Heart' Award. and holds 1 former and 2 current Guinness World Records. The choir is also credited with single handedly starting the contemporary choir movement.
