Paul Welburn, known for his nostalgic yet innovative British dishes, rose to fame on Great British Menu and has held Michelin Stars and 3 AA Rosettes at renowned UK restaurants. Guests will also have the chance to purchase a signed copy of his new cookbook, Evolve.
