The long, colder winter nights are the ideal time to start thinking about creating your Family Tree.
Step one: Sort through any family Documents, get them together - with any photos showing members of your Family. With photos - if unlabelled - use sticky labels - write on them in pen or pencil what they show, stick labels on the reverse of the photos. Don't write directly on the back. NOW is a good time to quiz family members for information, stories & photos they have. Start a basic tree!
We are preparing to run a short Course in the early New Year on how to grow your Family History Research.
