Tower Tours at St Peter's Church Wallingford
Heritage Open Day: Tower Tours of St Peter's Church. A special Heritage Open Days event giving visitors the rare opportunity to climb the small winding stone staircase to access the usually locked tower of St Peter's Church. Over 500 signatures mysteriously adorn the walls of the tower, dating from 1779 to 1984. With many names linked to local families, perhaps you will see one from an ancestor.
