Building Bridges: a glimpse of the heritage of Morpeth, through poetry and in costume

Heritage Open Day: Poets in role and costume explore the history of Morpeth and some of its well known people and buildings. The Morpeth Poetry Group has been in existence for over 10 years and performed in a number of venues, often in costume. They will be performing at the Chantry from 11am to 12 noon.

The Northumbrian Pipers' Society will also be performing at the Chantry from 1400-1630. All welcome to come and see Northumberland's very own musical instrument being played.
