Heritage Open Day: Guildford Jazz presents a double bill of two of the best local big bands , Junction 4 and Rhythm and Groove as part of the Guildford Jazz and Soul Festival. Junction 4 and Rhythm and Groove Big Band are 18-piece Big Bands. They have a wide repertoire of big band music, from the swing of Benny Goodman to the modern arrangements of Gordon Goodwin, with some Buddy Rich thrown-in for those who like high energy tunes. In short, from foxtrot to funk.
