Open Days with advice on military memorabilia part of Loughborough Heritage Open Weekend
Heritage Open Day: The Carillon War Memorial Museum will be open 10am till 4pm of 20th and 21st September, Visit the recently re-imagined ground floor museum. You are invited to bring along your own items of military memorabilia. Activities for children. Visit the museum located within Loughborough's iconic and unique War Memorial set in the beautiful Queen's Park. Volunteers will be on hand to help identify and discuss any items of military memorabilia.
As well as activities for children you will be able to access the museum catalogue and Loughborough's roll of honour. Casualties from WW1, WW2 and more recent conflicts.
