Heritage Open Day: An illustrated talk showing the change of land use and development of an industrial suburb in the 19th & 20th. A talk illustrating how the suburb evolved from 1809 inclosure to an industrial lanscape which included Humber cyle & car manufacture, Beeston boilers, Boots Pure Drug Co and Ericsson's telephones and, as the industries decline, is becoming mainly reisdential.
