The Working Barracks
Heritage Open Day: Berwick Barracks may be a quiet space now, but it was once a bustling and vibrant hive of KOSB Regimental life. View a short film of archive footage and audio recordings of veterans who trained and lived here, remembering a different era. The Museums in the Barracks are closed at the moment and will reopen again in 2026 as part of the Living Barracks Project. This film gives a flavour of what it must have been like prior to 1963 when it was the Regimental Depot for the KOSB.
