1, Belvedere Terrace

Heritage Open Day: A rare opportunity to discuss how this prominent house and garden were restored to their former glory. Belvedere Terrace dates from the early 19th century, and has been described by Pevsner as Dobsonesque. The Terrace marks an important stage in Alnwick's development. The recent project to bring #1 back into life has been one of the significant conservation projects in Alnwick in recent years. Learn more about the principles behind the design, and the progress of the project.
