Heritage Open Day: Discover more about your local area with a visit to the Bitterne Local History Society. The Bitterne Local History Society will be open from 1000 till 1600 with extra stewards in attendance to help with history questions and details about local places. We cover the east of the River Itchen part of Southampton and last year had the Mayor join us!
