Heritage Open Day: Steeped in history, myth and legend don’t miss this rare opportunity to visit a grade 1 listed building for free, usually closed to the public! Grade I–listed building dates back to the 14th century, with 16th-century additions and early 20th-century restorations. For two days only, Lancashire County Council’s Outdoor Education Service will throw open its doors, offering you a unique glimpse into its storied past. Take a self-guided tour to discover insights on this fascinating house. Homemade baked goods and hot drinks will be available to purchase during opening hours. Please note that we can only accept cash payments. Borwick Hall is open 10am to 4pm, last entry to the house is 3pm.
