St Thomas' Church, Parkgate
Heritage Open Day: Known locally as The 'Fisherman's Church'. This tiny sandstone church was refurbished and reopened in 2010. St Thomas' Church in Parkgate was closed for 16 years. Local community projects in support of 'The Bishop's Trust raised the money for the renovation and is a testament to their sterling efforts. Financial assistance was also given by English Heritage.
