A Walking Tour of Arnold Bennett's Burslem

Heritage Open Day: A walk around Burslem to historical buildings featured in the novels of Arnold Bennett, and on which we have mounted blue plaques over recent years. At each stop there will be readings of Bennett extracts featuring the building we've arrived at. We meet up at the Market Place Café in Burslem Market Square - 8 Market Pl, Burslem, Stoke-on-Trent ST6 4AT - and follow a circular 40-minute route around local streets and fine buildings in the world of Arnold Bennett, returning to the café for refreshments. Two walks: 1100 and 1400.
